I used to spoil myself with the liquid stuff. This stuff works almost as well and at a fraction of the cost. I find microingredients products high quality. I definitely feel better throught the day with slightly more energy. Pills are a reasonable size and no hard to swallow.

Take this with Myo Inositol for PCOS symptoms.
So CoQ10 in general is great to take for your heart health! But I also read somewhere that there are new findings that the combination of CoQ10 and Myo Inositol can help to eliminate PCOS symptoms and might dissolve ovarian cysts! I started taking the Myo Inositol before the CoQ10 came in the mail. It was working, I started to feel myself again. But once I combined it with the CoQ10 it works wonders! Idk about dissolving cysts because I haven’t had a sonogram to show proof but I have had 2 rupture since taking this.

Really appreciate this brand. I have purchased many products from them. Products are clean and I am confident in the quality. This product has improved my overall health and I have not gotten sick since using it. I was taking the 100 mg but prefer the 200 mg and only have to take 2 per day.
