The adhesive is nice that it's there but doesn't stick get a roll of tape for the seams and you will have better luck. Like anything cut to fit it's a good idea to have extra. I will use it again next time I put down flooring but I'm hoping that day is a long way away, flooring install more so the prep for a new flooring install is hard work.

This was a great deal cheaper than the underlayment from the "big box" stores, and the quality is just as good.I had enough left over to cover the finished floor to protect it while I finished the bathroom. I highly recommend it.

I purchased this for installation of LVP flooring throughout my home. I am very pleased with the price and way it worked. This product is very easy to work with and the thickness was just right. My only issues were the way it was shipped (in large boxes that were not properly taped shut and damaged) and the fact that there were some imperfections on each roll (torn areas or other slight defects). Luckily the product was not damaged and overall worked well.

The price is half or even two thirds cheaper than the big box store prices. I used it for underlayment of naildown hardwood and it worked perfectly. I had two batches. In the second batch, they removed the adhesive strip and the plastic overlay. Fine my me, as that adhesive strip caused the roll to cinch up and is noted in other reviews. Without the adhesive strip, the material lays nicely flat. I stapled to the subfloor and it lays perfectly. The material is not spongy like some of the cheap underlayment. It is higher density and durable.

Order came quickly, easy to work with, product exceeded expectations, and feels great under the newly installed vinyl plank floor! Tip while installing: Get a roll of $3 plain masking tape and tape seams and ends.

I used this as an extra layer of protection for sound, comfort and hiding minor flaws in the floor while installing a plank vinyl tile which also has a built-in underlayment. Since it's only 1.5 mm thick, it didn't add much height to my project which was the goal. It does unroll backwards essentially, so it can be a little difficult to place but the added tape layer worked well for me & ultimately, the product did exactly what I wanted it to. I added duct tape to the seams only because I tend to over-do things. Shipping was super fast & ultimately, I am 100% pleased with this.

I bought this underlayment for my vinyl plank installation, as my local LL store was out of the underlayment I was using. This underlayment is just slightly less thick, but comes with a basic vapor barrier already attached which is nice.Since my local LL store no longer carries the underlayment I was originally using (they replaced it with a very low quality product). I will probably stick with this underlayment in the future. Plus, this underlayment is also about $10 cheaper per roll.

This item came different from the previous ones I ordered. It was also filthy. I don't HV time to wrestle w Amazon as I'm laying a floor n HV to make the best of it. The other ones r ok, hard to lay bc the edges r not straight n there is an overlap u HV to get just right. If I cud get be another in the same price range I wud. There's also defects to deal with. Not the best product. I ordered 2 twice and just now one extra roll which is the one that's not the same as the others. It seems old as the plastic crumbled off of it. First ones were in a box. 2nd order wrapped in plastic so inconsistencies abound. 3rd order was in a pink net. 🤷
