It's a fairly small capsule. Easy to swallow with water. It works.

I don't know why the manufacturer did not include pepsin, but I have silent reflux and pepsin is the culprit that destroys the lining of my airways. So I was looking for digestive enzymes that did not include pepsin. This product works well for me.
