I’ve now worn this on several runs including a 22 miler last weekend. Its exactly what I had in mind for a vest. It carries plenty of water along with a few snacks, cell phone (bigger than an iPhone 6 probably won’t fit), keys, and a rear pocket behind the bladder pocket for whatever else. I bought it for the longer runs but have ended up using it for all runs due to the convenience of the pockets (prefer over armband) and because it’s simply not a problem to wear. When full of water it’s 5 lbs so I also like the bit of extra weight for training. I’ve never had another running vest so can’t compare it but this is excellent for my needs. For reference: 6’2”, 180lb, male.

This vest was perfect for a music fesitval. Small, compact and i was ablr to carry my id, money, esr plugs, chapstick and phone just fine. Ectra pocket in the back for things too. Well worth the purchase

Light, easy to use

This worked way better than the fuel belt and is not to bad when it gets really hot out. You are going to sweat more between your back and the pack, but much less than you think.

The water reservoir is of bad quality, without using it only putting water leaks!!!!! The supplier only gives you one day.. bad option
