Loved this little dehydrator, I have a larger plastic version dehydrator and wanted to purchase a small one, i truly like this one so much better, its good for small amounts , but it does hold a lot for the size. It dehydrates fruit and herbs very well, you can adjusts the shelves for taller products, for example, to dehydrate a full size large Morel mushroom, it turner out perfectly for a mushroom specimen, I couldn’t do that with a plastic shelved dehydrator.

Love it. The metal trays are so much better than others with plastic trays. I had one years ago and the plastic degraded. Metal is much better

I am not the best person to figure out dehydration yet. I have tried to use this to make fruit chips and have not made made them to my desired hardness yet. I am playing with the time to see if it is just my nerves pulling them too early or if this dehydrator is not working properly? I think its me. It is dehydrating the food some. I think I just need to leave the food in longer. Practice makes perfect so I am going to get this right. I heard that dehydrating food is a fine art in the kitchen, se yes i am going to get this. You got this!

We have only had it a short time. It works, but it is very small. We purchased it to travel with, so it is a good size for the trailer kitchen.

This cute little dehydrator is PERFECT for drying my garden herbs! It takes very little counter space and is very quiet when running. The stainless steel is attactive and looks nice on the counter. I feel like it is an excellent dehydrator for the price. It is so easy to operate and really works for smaller jobs. I have not tried it for jerky or fruit leather....and probably will not. I bought some extra silicone mats from another seller and cut them to size to fit this little dehydrator so I could use every shelf when dehydrating my smaller herbs. One word of advise - if you're wanting to dehydrate "wetter" fruits like bananas, be prepared to follow the manufacturer's instructions, not conventional "recipes". This isn't the highest powered dehydrator you can get, so it takes longer for some things. It is, however, PERFECT for herbs, apples and onions.

The dial would not go above 125 degrees, it would automatically shut off. Using my temp gun this thing can't get above 105 degrees, and when I first bought it max it got was about 135. Basically, it's junk, and if you save 10 more dollars you can actually buy a functional dehydrator like the Magic Mill Food Dehydrator Machine, which comes with an automatic 1 year warranty through the manufacture. No warranty for this garbage. Last thing I want to add; it shuts off after 13 hours.

This is a small dehydrator, but it works well. My wife used it for dehydrating bananas and they came out perfect. The smaller size means it isn't taking up as much counter space and it still has a good dehydrating capacity because of the stackable trays. It's super easy to use, and seems to be plenty durable. My wife is very happy with it and is looking forward to fewer thrown-out rotten bananas and other dried fruits and mushrooms for storage.

You have to open the door ALL the way back to get the trays in and out. They also misalign quite frequently. If your intention is finding a dehydrator for cookies, this is not it. Several of mine ended up sliding out. As far as the dehydration, it worked fine.

O desidratador veio com a porta que tem que bater forte para que feche, o livro de receitas de desidratação de alimentos é todo em inglês e justo a fruta que eu pretendia desidratar, a jaca, não consta nesta publicação. Até agora não consegui desidratá-la de forma que fique como chips, ela fica molenga, parecendo um chiclete. Não sei se este desidratador é capaz de fazê-lo. Se alguém conseguir, por favor me avise como.
