Succumb to the Quality
When I was a young child, my family went camping regularly, We were very poor, so I think that it made my parents feel better that they had a house to go home too. In a similar vein, I do not know how to cook. However I like to have cookware to go home to. This is that cookware. When she arrived I provided and excellent place for her to rest until she was adjusted to her new home. Eventually, she was comfortable taking the role of Dining room center piece. One day, I asked a friend to make a sandwich with it, so that I could offer a review on the internet. Here is that review. My friend stole my pan. The results were so overwhelming that he underwent a Kafkaesque transformation. For days he was screaming in his sleep. When I found my pan gone days later, I had to drive 237 miles to pry it out of his hands. As i found them, He lay frozen by the power and quality of this cookware, pressed firmly against his chest by atrophying arms. This is my pan forever and it has power over all of us.

Terrible quality
Received a 13 piece set of GreenLife as a bridal present. Wanted more pieces so we bought this pan and another 4 piece set. Moved into new house and took out of original packaging end of June. Have used a handful of times, and all GreenLife products have cuts, scrapes and holes in the non-stick surface. We do not own metal spatulas! We have plastic serving utensils and use a lot of rubber scrappers. We are conscious about what we stir or cook with - we want to protect our cookware, but too bad it's junk and crap material! In less than 3 months every piece that we've used has a cut in it. HOW??!!!!! DO NOT BUY!

Ready for the full set!!! Love this pan!
I cook A lot... like a lot a lot, with a family of 5 three of which are teens and usually a few extra people around the house I cook at least 3 meals a day! I looked at these a few months back as a prospect for my Mother’s Day present but decided to wait, 🤦🏼♀️! When we were on vacation our VRBO property had these in the kitchen and I fell in love!!! I’ve only used this pan about 6 times so far but it cooks evenly and didn’t stain at all even with Taco seasoning or tomato sauce. I only have to turn it up to about 4.5 on my glass top and it cooks so evenly I don’t have to constantly stir. I allow it to cool completely before washing and only needed one pump of soap and a soft sponge it came completely clean with ZERO effort or scrubbing. There are a few tiny Knicks in the ceramic when the lid fits on, it came that way. But I can’t imagine filling this pan so full it would effect me. This is a large skillet and it is heavy but the helper handle is great. I also LOVE that there are no rivets or anything on the inside of the pan! I can’t wait for the full set to come back in stock!

Thermolon - This One Is Better
This ceramic nonstick cookware is usually more or less the same. It lasts as long as it lasts if you treat it right. Then, one day, it quits. The longest I've had one last is going on four years. The shortest was less than a month. And the brand doesn't seem to matter - except with sauté pans.First, I got an adorable yellow one. Two people I know have them and love them. It lasted maybe a couple of weeks before it started staining and sticking. Second one was sky blue. I got a casserole pan at the same time. The casserole is still gorgeous - after being subjected to much higher heat - the sauté pan died within six weeks. So, I went with the brand of the long-lived frying pan, and months later, it's still pristine. The only hints I can give are don't use more than a few drops of oil, don't use the scrubby side of the sponge (they say they are dishwasher safe - believe that at your own risk), and you don't need to put the burner higher than medium for these to get hot enough to sizzle the yang out of an egg.

Inferior coating
Food sticks every time. This photo is 2 months old. Very disappointed.contacted the company and they said they needed to know what soap it was cleaned with and oil I used... said they would send another and to use low heat! What? What can you cook in a sauté pan on low heat? Seriously I just want a refund so I can buy another brand.Continuing... replacement lid came cracked... very poor quality

More of a "Sautoir" pan not "Sauté" pan
This is more of a "sautoir" pan because it has straight sides. This is not a pan you will use to flip anything or toss veggies or such up in the air. It's a heavy pan! This is a pan which you can cook your meat and make the sauce and have plenty of room for it all. I didn't really need a 5qt. pan (I guess I missed that in the description..) as there's only 2 of us, but I'm glad I got it. I just love it! It's huge yes, but fits on my largest glass stovetop burner just fine. I use it for so many things plus I make extra and I can freeze it. I use this pan probably at least 3 times a week. And it cleans up really well with just a little soap and dishrag (nothing scratchy). I have not cooked anything tomato based in it so I don't know if it will stain. The interior is a white ceramic material. I have other pans for tomato based meals so I probably will never use it for that. But I love it and am quite pleased with my purchase.

Lov it! Used almost daily
This is my fave kitchen item! You might think, gosh, I live alone, how often would I use a 12" covered skillet? I cook for one, and this is the perfect size to cook almost everything all in one pan. Frozen potatoes/sausage in first, shove to side, wilt spinach, shove to side, sprinkle cheese over potatoes, butter in, fry or scramble couple eggs (yep, scramble right on the open side, better when tossing in some grated cheese when eggs are almost done) for a one pan meal. Fry up some ham or bacon, drain, push to one side, add 1 or 2 pieces buttered bread, toast, turn over, top with ham and cheese and grill til cheese is melted, one pan cooking. This pan is the perfect size to cook a package of pork chops or chicken (for several meals, or cool and freeze) in one step. It's deep enough for so many recipes, from chili to ???. Clean up is a breeze. This pan looks identical (except for color) that replaced a popular brand used almost daily for a couple of years that became scratched... but THIS PAN has a far better coating. Well made, heavy to evenly cook (with a 2nd handle), sturdy glass cover; I highly recommend this pan.

Works OK
The surface isn't as non-stick as I would have hoped, they are definitely not as non-stick as Teflon but we wanted to get rid of our Teflon pans due to the coating still being toxic, I thought the whole toxic Teflon thing was resolved years ago but it seems it's still not good for humans and its just been good marketing covering that up. Anyways, these pans work well enough and we use them daily but don't expect them to be as non-stick as they say they are.

Poor quality
Poor quality! Used it twice and handles already burnt! I used on gas stove and always on medium to low flames, size of burners are way smaller compared to this pan size which is more than 12inches. Gave awful burning smell while cooking and had to discontinue using it. Highly disappointed with given price I paid. Won’t recommend AT ALL!!!!

I would love to try this pan, but it arrived broken in two occassions, so I will order a different one next time.
