The cap for your bottle of ink will have two seals. You'll want to twist the top the top part of the cap until the first seal until it breaks. The ink should be able to come out.

A: Id rather use it for practice on fake skin its very hard to work with doesnt stay in the skin well the ink seems diluted better off with another ink trust me ive worked with this and my tattoo that i did recent look old and gray i got it done 2 months ago and looks years old
