This hybrid I bought because I was floored by the price and the look of the club. To say the least I was absolutely dumbfounded when I opened the package and to my astonishment this hybrid is just beautiful. I have bought many clubs over the years including many Top brands and the quality matches and exceeds many of them. However I have not used it as yet but I just know this Hybrid will not let me down. I paid over 800 euro for 3 Ping hybrids and was shocked at how poor they were in finish and use. At present I have 4 older Cleveland hybrids which I love a 2/3/4/5 and this 27degree Lazrus Hybrid will fit in very nicely and gives me options. I am now soon going to order a set of Lazrus irons as a spare set but who knows they may replace my Mizuno set. I highly recommend Lazrus as a company and will be telling my friends the same.

well, not really - but fans of hybrids know what I mean! I already had a 3 and 4 hybrid (20 and 23 degree) from other manufacturers in my bag, so for the price, heck - decided to try this Lazarus 6 hybrid - 27 degree. For less than $40 it is sure worth a try and has worked out well initially. I bought it to fill the gap on approach shots between my 4 hybrid - which is my favorite club, and my 7 iron - which is my second favorite club. The Lazarus 6 hybrid has put me on the green in regulation several times so far, and close to the green several more. The Lazarus name is not a "big" brand name, but - I am a 16 handicap, so I am not holding my breath waiting for a Callaway endorsement deal - AND - the guys in my league almost NEVER ask what kind of club did you use? they just watch the shot to see who will be putting - so, why pay more? One note - the face of this club appears to be slightly convex, I think it may be an optical illusion, but when I address the ball, I always focus like a laser when hitting this club to make sure I am making contact EXACTLY in the middle of the club face, which is a good thing, and have not had trouble hitting 'em straight. A guy in my league remarked the other night after seeing me hit a few shots with the Lazarus 6 "I wish I could always hit my approach straight like that!" My reply? "I wish I could too!" - but this club has helped my game.

Getting up in years so I thought I would see if a hybrid would get me back some distance. I got a 6 and a pw to go along with a 2&4 I already owned. First off the quality of the club is very good. It looks nice and feels good to swing. I'm not sure if I am getting much more distance but I feel a little more comfortable swinging a hybrid vs an iron, less mishits and good height. Probably will change the grips to match my other clubs as these are too small for my hand size. The only problem I encountered was chipping with the PW from the rough but from the short grass no problem just need get better distance control. Delivery was quick and club was well packed. If I decide to get my other irons replaced I will go back to this seller.
