yes, homeopathy works well on animals also. And lachesis is the homeopathic form of snake venom...so it may be helpful for a snake bite...but in a lower potency ie 8c. Give one dose..(3 pillages) .watch for change. In the meantime take a pic of the snake & send it across to the poisons dept...they can tell you if the local clinic has the appropriate anti venom on hand, in case the homeopathic is not effective.
