I have never given a product 5 stars before, but value is product divided by price and that makes this far and away the best thing I may have ever purchased on Amazon. I recommend this if you have the specific need. It comes at half the price of major brands and theirs are sold without batteries or a charger. This came in a self contained case [ok, A bit plastic] with two batteries. I had to screw ceiling panels over a kitchen cabinet unit where a drill was not going to fit and the reach would be difficult. I used this tool with a 1/4" driver adapter and a driver bit and it worked brilliantly on putting 5mm plywood panels into ceiling studs. A job that could have required hours by hand and language you don't want to hear was done in minutes.

Not much torque, but once it gets going it's okay.

Average item ok for DIY user could do with a stronger torque but does the gob for me seems pretty well made good to have two batteries with this.

Charged battery and tried unit. I was able to hold the drive unit and stall it with two fingers. Not suitable for undoing bolts or nuts. Not alone in having this type of problem.

Saw this product being used on YouTube and it didn't disappoint! Comes with adapters, a sturdy case, and the batteries goes the distance. Still charged up after several months without usage. Very satisfied with this find.

It works, but it’s a bit on the weak side

I had bought the Protmex high-torque Impact Wrench a couple months back and have loved it. I wanted to get a powered ratchet and saw they just released this, so I went ahead and bought it! It uses the same style of batteries as the impact wrench so that's nice to be able to swap the batteries with one another and also use the sled-style charger that came with the impact wrench. It works great and gets into spaces that a drill or impact can't get to. It looks cool, matches the color of my impact, and the case is nice. It's nice it comes with the metric sockets and a 1/4" adapter, as well. I like Protmex's products and I think I'll be buying their AC-powered Car Buffer next! Update: I’ve been using this thing constantly. I love it. Put fog lights on my girlfriends car, also on my moms car put fog lights and replaced the grill and serviced the transmission. I was using this tool for every step of the way to remove the bumpers and other parts. I like being able to use the wrench manually to break a bolt free, then just pressing the button and watching it come out with ease. You can’t go wrong with this tool! Get it!

It doesn't have a whole lotta torque, but it makes the job that much quicker because I no longer gotta reach in and loosen a hard to reach bolt with my fingers
