I’ve been using this fitness belt for my abs and arms and I’m happy with it so far. It’s easy to set up, comfortable to wear, and has different intensity levels so I can adjust it to what feels right. The pads stay in place well during use. It’s a nice addition to my regular workout routine. I’m very lazy so it help me to manage my time better as well as getting the figure I want.

The abdomen pad does not work on the lower half after only 3 or 4 uses. I can’t return it and can’t contact the manufacturer!!!

I’ve been using this EMS set mostly on my abs and sometimes on my legs. It was easy to figure out, and I like that it comes with different pads so I can use it on different areas. There are several modes and intensity levels, so I started low and gradually increased it. You can definitely feel the muscle contractions when the intensity goes up. The pads stay in place well, and I usually wear it while I’m doing things around the house. Nice addition to my regular workouts.

I just purchased this recently, so I’ll need more time to see whether it actually delivers noticeable results. However, after my first use, I could definitely feel the muscle stimulation and it felt similar to the sensation you get after working out. I’m looking forward to using it consistently and seeing how it performs over time

Don't waist your time and money. Stoped working after 3 weeks. It does not do anything except creating cramps in your body.

These EMS pads work great! They are comfortable, easy to use, and have good adhesion. The stimulation feels strong and effective, and they’ve been a nice addition to my workout routine. I would definitely recommend them.
