I was reluctant to purchase this given the price point and having an older Philips laser device. I am South Asian light olive skin with black hair, with darker and prominent on certain parts of my legs, bikini area and underarms. I want to make clear I detest the ‘porn star’ hairless look and no one should feel pressured to conform to this pre-pubescent appearance. I’ve not used this product on say my arms as I think the hair is very fine and am completely happy with it. I’ve focused on areas that consume my time and became inflamed and painful at times from shaving - even if not shaving regularly. WEEK 1 of using it after shaving I noticed the appearance of my legs, underarm and bikini area looked like I waxed it. I used high setting, it was not painful at all and the cold/ice feel definitely helped with that. The re-growth was significantly reduced from first to second use. WEEK 2 my darkest thickest hair reduced in appearance of constant stubble and I no longer looked like I needed to instantly shave again and all inflammation and ingrown hairs reduced dramatically. WEEK 3 I began to get lazy doing the laser which you should at least 3 times per week for at least 4 weeks as large areas were just not growing back and stubborn areas appeared as light stubble only. But tried to maintain to get the best appearance. IMPRESSION AT WEEK 3 - not painful, most I’ve felt is a light zap, better than what I previously used on my face only in terms of quality of device and not over heating and effectiveness. I can see already it will save me a lot of time which as a working mum of 3 is invaluable.

I’m really happy with the Ulike hair removal device! It’s easy to use, gentle on the skin and I’ve already noticed a significant reduction in hair growth. The treatments are quick and convenient, and I love that I can use it from the comfort of my own home. Definitely worth it!

I’ve been really impressed with this IPL hair removal device so far. The laser feels very strong and it has worked really well for me. Some areas of hair have disappeared completely, while other areas are noticeably thinner, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It also comes with a little razor, which is a nice addition, although personally I didn’t get on with it. I found that it felt more like it was tugging at the hairs rather than cutting them, so I ended up using my usual single-blade razor instead. One thing I would definitely recommend is making sure you shave properly before using the IPL! 😅 If you accidentally leave a small cluster of longer hairs, you will definitely know about it when you use the laser over them! Overall, I’m really happy with the device and the results I’m getting. The hair reduction has been fantastic so far and I’m excited to see how much more it improves with continued use.

We are now week 5 of using it in the SHR mode using it every other day on armpits and pubic hair. It really works. Usually a day after shaving you will see growth. But we are now a week between treatments and there is no visible growth (but you can feel it). So it’s slowed and in some areas stopped entirely. I recommend using it consistently and on the highest setting. Shave the day before as you don’t want too much to absorb all the energy but you need something. The cooling means it’s comfortable. It does get hot so you have to let it cool for the more sensitive areas. My skin is white and hair brown so a good contrast. It’s noticeably less effective on the darker skin. So if you have a naturally dark skin tone or are tanned/fake tan then results will be slower.

I am not sure if the product works or not, but I am too scared to return as I have seen multiple posts that saying they do not receive refund as well as return them at the the product. I have been using it almost everyday with the highest setting, my bikini hairs are still grown, some people might feel it is growing slower, but honestly they are still growing and I am shaving everyday 😥😥

I used this every 2 days for the first 4 weeks and noticed a huge difference in my hair growth (I have dark black hair and a few years ago did laser hair removal professionally so my hair was already softer than what it used to be). Now I just use once every week or two and my hair barely grows back. It's easy to use and I love the different settings. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an alternative to spending thousands

It's ok in the sense it does what these machines do however slowing down the hair growth doesn't remove it permanently I also found although after time it did appear to slow down hair growth it didn't last very long I can't say it's no good that's not fair but if you want quick hair and long lasting hair removal I don't think this is the product just my opinion however it's well made and has a fast setting so it fires up pretty rapidly is it worth the money if you persevere and use it regularly I guess so would I buy it again I'm afraid not best of luck

i've used razor blades for about a decade+ for my arms and underarms every shower. every 2 days, hair just sticks out and makes me super self-conscious, so i hide it with long sleeves even in the summer. say that i buy those expensive packs of razor blades ($50~60AUD) every 8 months. that'd mean i have bought up to at LEAST $750~900AUD worth of razor blade cartridges since i started shaving. not to account the prices that go up and down! with this purchase, im making sure that i dont need those anymore! i have been using this on my arm and underarm since the 18th of august, in a routine of using it every 2 days. 1 month later as to writing this (23rd of september), i just noticed that there hasnt been any noticeable growth!! im excited about the results! i'll move on to using this on my legs soon, and i can't wait! at first, it hurt using it in certain areas like the back of my hand or lower parts of my underarm.. even in normal mode. however nowadays, i consistently use SHR (super hair removal) for my underarms. back of the hand still hurts, but i definitely got used to it! lightly flick your finger onto the back of your hand, that's how it feels. it just seems like it hurts more because of the intense flash of light it works just as intended and gets results in just as promised! i hate my body hair, so this purchase is the best i've ever done. MAKE SURE TO WEAR THE INCLUDED GLASSES!!

Produto cumpre oque promete, achei bom custo benefício levando em consideração o preço de tratamentos assim em clínicas, demorou cerca de 2 meses para chegar mas veio perfeito, muito bem embalado e funcionando. Quanto ao resultado, ainda estou no período recomendado pelo manual mas já notei grande diferença. O aparelho é fácil de utilizar

I’m absolutely thrilled with the results after using the Ulike Air 10 IPL for about 5 weeks. It works wonderfully on coarse hair, including men’s hair, and the hair growth has slowed down significantly. I’ve used it on my face below the cheekbones, arms, armpits, legs, bikini area, and even my backside, and the results are amazing everywhere! It’s not painful as long as you shave well before using it. It’s really easy to use, isn’t loud at all, the cooling feature is awesome it truly makes a difference. Totally worth it!!!!!! It has various settings, I started in the fast mode and move my way up to high! Is lightweight, easy to manipulate, it has an automatic function so you don’t have to presss the bottom every time! The aloe vera gel they provide is also fantastic—it really helps soothe the skin after treatment. The customer service is exceptional too; they emailed me personally to ask about my satisfaction and if everything arrived okay. They even sent me a free gift that wasn’t included in the Amazon package but is available on their website. I’m so happy with both the product and the company and will definitely support them again!

So far I used it 4 times, not very consistently yet I see a change. Once I use the medium normal mode, once the high and twice the fast. I love the autoglade option for faster application. One leg took me about 10 minutes, both plus armpits and private parts took only 40m. This product is easy to use, on the bigger size, yet easy to hold and maneuver. I got this over compensator because it's safer for skin with freckles and I can say it won't burst if there's a big contrast in melatonin. Yet I got a white gel liner to cover such spots just in case. After those 4 uses it made my hairs weaker and less dense. Also i truly appreciate the cold experience during the entire process. I feel like will consistency it truly works wonders and I will keep you updated. The only time you can smell something is if hair wasn't shaved properly and it burns. Though so far it proofed to be safe, fast, comfortable, easy to use and to be effective even with inconsistent use. There I give it thumbs up and I would be happy to pay for it again. Value for money is present!
