Wanting carry as little as possible on a three-week overseas trip, I was looking for a hairstyling tool that had could handle more than one task: straightening and curling. It also needed to be dual voltage so that I didn’t have to bring along a voltage converter. I found this one and purchased it for my trip. This product has the two styling functions I was looking for, as well as being dual voltage. Aesthetically, it’s a sleek and beautiful instrument that feels great in the hand. It heats up very quickly and has an automatic shut off (in case you forget to turn it off or leave it sitting too long). It also has a 360-degree rotating cord (which I found to make a major difference in ease of use) and the ability to control the temperature on 8 different levels, with an LED display showing you the temperature. It uses ionic technology to help protect your hair against heat damage (a great feature for the health of your hair) and comes with a heat glove to protect against hand burns. Among the many other features is an unexpected one: a button enabling one to lock the flattening plates together for travel and safety (I don’t have this on my two other flat irons). On the trip I found it to do a great job of straightening and smoothing. I couldn’t master the curling function though; I kept getting crimps on my hair when I tried it. When I got back, I searched for videos that would demonstrate how to do this. I found one that helped me understand what I had been doing wrong. It would be useful for the product to have such a video on the Amazon page where it’s being sold. Nevertheless, it’s a great product.

This is the first straightener i have bought myself in quite a few years. I’m a mom of an 15 yr old daughter, 10 yr old and twin 8yr old sons. For the last 8 years I’ve really embraced a more homeless look, messy bun, claw clip, or a festive high ponytail for my long, big, wavy, kinda curly, kinda frizzy hair. In special or rare occasions, i would have to borrow my daughter’s straightener and it would take me 20 mins or longer to straighten my hair. Now she’s almost 16 and her expensive straightener goes with her wherever she goes, so i decided to order me cheap one for myself.First Time i used it, i was surprised at how quick it got hot, ready in seconds after turning it on, then i was shocked by how straight one pass over got my hair. Literally takes me about 5 mins to straighten my hair, 10 mins with distractions. 20-25$ for a straightener that works twice as fast and twice as good as my daughters 130$ top of the line straightener. Since i got it, I’ve been using it a few time a week, bc it’s so fast and easy. Taking me from that stay at home mom, kinda homeless, kinda messy causal comfort look, to SAHM with long straight hair, who has her life together in a just a few mins . 100% recommend. Will definitely be getting my daughter one like mine next time she needs a new one!!

The media could not be loaded. My last flat iron (a very expensive one I got as a gift decades ago) was already old and I was looking for a new one. I'm the one who reads reviews, watch videos and also look for good prices. I saw this brand and I liked the design and buttons positions. After doing all my research for hours I decided for it on a lightning deal. I used it the next day after I received it (also trying new hair products I got) and I really like this flat and curling iron. It came carefully packaged, includes a glove to protect my hands and a manual. I used the temperature at 340 (my hair is fine and colored) and the result was fantastic, soft and shiny hair. I love that I also can curl and wave my hair. It is not heavy, good weight, easy to manage and has 8 levels of temperature increasing on 20 degrees. The is no gap between the plates and hair slides soft and easy. Make sure to use a good product to protect your hair from heat. It is the first time I use it and I'm very pleased with the results. I hope it last long since I take good care of my hair tools. The delivery was fast. Thanks to the seller and Amazon.

This straightener works well. It's a bonus that it comes with a heat-proof sleeve for storage and a glove. The one thing that I think is a big problem and potential safety issue, is the instructions that come with it. Many sentences are incomplete or make no sense at all. They appear to have been written in another language (it's manufactured in China) and then translated maybe using AI or by someone who doesn't speak English. Unfortunately, this did not work well!!

I have a few expensive hair straighteners and this one is my favorite. I have a Chi, a Lange, and I purchased a BaBylissPro Nano that my stylist had. I ended up returning it because this one worked way better for my hair. It doesn't singe, pull, or damage my hair. I have thick and frizzy hair so I have to run any straightener through a few times. This straightener gets my hair smooth and keeps it shiny. I love that it heats up super quick and has an automatic shut off. I wish the cord was longer, but I find that with most hair irons/brushes.
