Large Double Wall Glass Coffee Mugs with Handle - Set of 2 Insulated Tea Glass Cups of 12 oz - 350 ml

Just this morning I picked up the mug full of coffee and heard the handle crack away from the mug!I was going to purchase another set but not now!

I received my set of 2 coffee cups yesterday and was surprised by the light weight of them. At first, I thought they were plastic, but they are glass. When I washed them, water leaked into one of them between the glass walls. There is a small hole in the bottom of the cup that I assume has to do with the manufacturing process. On one cup that hole is sealed but on the one that leeked, the hole is open. It created a fog between the glass walls and there is a drop of water moving around inside. I sent a message about this to Amazon’s customer service late last night and this morning received a reply that they had issued a credit for both cups.

I have bought these twice now. Turns out they are on the fragile side and often don'tsurvive drops which would be quite survivable with a regular ceramic mug. I droppedone on my slightly resilient kitchen floor (linoleum over particleboard) and it shattered.Recently lost another- I carelessly knocked another glass into it- a moderateglancing blow. Carefully inspected it and saw no damage. But the next day there wereseveral cracks radiating from where the upper handle joins the outer glass. I tossed it.Lost a third one a while back- it slipped out of my wet, slippery hands over the sink-dropped less than a foot but shattered when it struck the stainless sink.I really like that glass mugs are chemically inert (won't leach lead into hot beverage).Also, these keep my coffee warmer longer. But as fragile as these are turning out tobe, I'll probably be looking for something sturdier in the future.

Beautiful, heat retaining, large capacity, and much lighter than most mugs, and at a good price. The only negative is that if you’re a klutz like me, you might shatter the cup by dropping on the counter or in the sink. Problem is, it’s the delicate design that makes the cup both fragile and beautiful. It’s a classic this-is-why-I-can’t-have-nice-things dilemma. I’ll probably order replacements for the pair I broke, and promise to be more careful this time.

As compared with all other mugs, the handle of this 12-oz mugs is extremely uncomfortably small, no matter you have two or three fingers to handle it.AVOID even the price looks reasonable as compared with others.

Love these Mugs, I can see my coffee in the morning, I get to do all fancy things like pour the milk, pretend im Starbucks and pour in foam, I love it.

This is a decent pair of glasses for the price. They look great and handle heat very well compared to even some other more expensive glasses I have. The only issue I had is a bump on the bottom of the cups that causes the cups to rock back and forth.

Bought as Fathers Day Gift. He had them before and loved them but broke one. This is a replacement.
