I love it

I liked it. I was skeptical at first, but it's really good addition to Kitchen. It takes time to understand how it works but It was great for Arabic Rice Pilaf with vermicelli. I used it to ferment pizza dough and it was good too. The size is large but I'm fine with it. It is not loud and easy to open and close if you want to check in-between cooking times.I was concerned about the metal but luckily it wasn't sticky and it turned out to be easy to clean.The cover is hard to clean though. but all in all it is great and smart.

I usually like my Nutricook SMARTPOT 3 and find it useful for daily cooking. However, I had a very stressful and disappointing experience when I tried making a cake using the steaming function.After cooking, the lid became completely stuck due to strong vacuum/suction. Even after following safety steps and waiting patiently, the lid would not open and I had to wait almost 2 days before it finally opened. This was very worrying, especially because food had spilled inside and I was afraid of damaging the unit or getting hurt.In addition, the cake did not cook properly. It became too moist and soggy, even after the recommended cooking time. The excess moisture made the cake collapse and leak inside the pot. This shows that the Nutricook is not suitable for baking cakes, or at least needs much clearer guidance for users.I strongly believe the lid design and pressure/vacuum release system need improvement, especially for steaming or baking. A safer and easier way to release suction, clearer warnings, and better instructions would greatly help prevent this kind of stressful experience.I am sharing this feedback honestly so Nutricook can improve the product design and user safety, especially for home cooks who want to try baking or steaming desserts.Thank you.
