I'm not always a big fan of drinking plain water, so this is a good way to flavor it up, plus add in some electrolytes at the same time. The powder was simple to mix into my water bottle with a bit of vigorous shaking. There's a small scoop included inside each container. The scoop is deep & small, perfectly sized to fit into the neck of a standard plastic water bottle. The scoop doesn't have any measurements listed. It's intended for a 16oz cup, so there's a bit of a guessing game involved if you want to add the drink mix to a larger or smaller cup. I'd say the best way to do that is the taste test. Even if you're using a 16oz cup, everyone has their own preference for a stronger or weaker flavor. The flavor tasted good. It was sweet & fruity. The stevia wasn't too noticeable, but I didn't use a lot of powder mix in my drink either, so that might change if you want a stronger flavor.
