This thing is a BEAST! Other than cleaning the trays, the worst part of making jerky (for me) is slicing it. This machine is so fast it is scary - literally. There is some finesse to ensuring you have the right size piece of meat to cut. Too small and it comes out like stir fry; too big and it will actually lock up the motor and you’ll have to back the meat out of it and try again. Cleaning is not a snap by any measure. The blades are like razor blades and if you touch them, you’re going to bleed. (Ask me how I know?) The blades will also rust if they are exposed to water which is left on the surface. Do not leave these soaking in water - they will rust. (Ask me how I know?) The best way to clean them is to run some hot water on them, and use a can of compressed air to blow out the stubborn pieces. There are not a lot of tools small enough to get between the blades to clean them. I used a small bottle brush and it cut the bristles clean off it. Once the blades are clean, be sure to coat them with oil for storage, or you’re gonna end up with rusty blades. I give mine a quick spray wiith the canned oil to cover blades. Super fast cutting time and uniform slices. I would recommend it for small batches because of the amount of time necessary to cleanup afterwards. If you’ve got over 20 pounds of meat to cut up for jerky… This is the machine! I’d buy it again…

They sent the wrong size. I’m sure it’s a good product but the service is horrible when handling issues with vevor.

I cut 63 pounds in about 10 minutes between cutting it to size and putting it in. 20 pounds in the photo. Absolutely perfect size for jerky! I saved so much time and effort using my slicer which I’ll probably now sell at this point. Hands down for the price and quality you can’t beat it! That slab in the video is a whole top round(London broil) 11 pounds cut in a matter of seconds. I will say it was a pain to clean but cleaning my slicer is not any better. It’s a little on the heavy side but if you grip it in the right spots you won’t cut your fingers. This gets the job done and I’m grateful I finally gave in and bought the product! This brand VEVOR it’s a great product they have a lot of things they make and do and I’ve never heard a complaint and I’m not here to give one either!!

Worked great but very heavy and too big a footprint to keep on the counter. Good for small professional kitchen, dedicated food processing area. Also difficult to clean due to the weight and bulkiness of the item. Would love to keep but just doesn’t work for me.

Soooooo easy to use and clean!!! Very impressed with ease of use and the ability to clean it. The gloves included to keep all the fingers safe are perfect. Run it under hot water and boom done. Then we dip it in some soapy water and let it sit out to dry.

Doesn’t work as intended. It’s also NOT stainless steel. The blades are very sharp, you can easily cut yourself if you’re not careful. We bought this to make it easier for the days we sell for our market, but the first time we used it at the market, it kept getting jammed. Despite how sharp the blades are, the meat kept getting wrapped around it. We followed directions, cleaned the blades properly with leafy greens like the directions said, tried different cuts, different meats, & still had all the same issues. Thankfully, we used it quickly before the return window ended, so we were able to return it. But I’m disappointed bc in theory, this machine is great but the reality is, it needs more work before sold to people.

Its a game changer!! Would hand cut bacon ends by hand now i cut 15lbs box of ends in 3 minutes!! Love it

Me parece una máquina muy práctica y muy buena

Muy mala experiencia la máquina vino mal, no prendía la tuve que regresar y pagar por mi cuenta los gastos de envío, el vendedor si me reembolso lo de la máquina pero no los $1720 de los gastos de envío, en lo personal perdi dineros y tiempo

Entweder habe ich ein klassisches Montagsgerät erhalten, oder dieses Produkt ist schlichtweg unbrauchbar. Bereits direkt nach dem Auspacken fiel der erste Mangel auf: Die Motor-/Getriebeeinheit samt Schneidvorrichtung war nicht korrekt zur Schutzhaube ausgerichtet. Dadurch saß die Schutzhaube nicht zentriert, wurde zerkratzt und verzogen – und offenbar wurde das Gerät bereits in diesem Zustand verpackt. Durch leichtes Lösen der Befestigungsschrauben der gesamten Antriebseinheit im Unterboden ließ sich die Einheit sauber zum Gehäuse zentrieren, sodass die Haube anschließend korrekt geschlossen werden konnte. Bei einem neuen Gerät sollte so etwas aber definitiv nicht nötig sein. Der eigentliche Grund, weshalb ich das Gerät als unbrauchbar einstufe, liegt jedoch in der Schneidvorrichtung: die Messer sind offenbar nicht ausreichend festgezogen. Dadurch blockieren sie bereits bei einer frischen Scheibe Toastbrot und versagen vollständig. Ein Streifenschnitt ist damit praktisch nicht möglich. Möglicherweise ließe sich dieses Problem technisch beheben. Aufgrund der Vielzahl an Messern würde ich davon aus Sicherheitsgründen jedoch dringend abraten. Für mich ist das Gerät mangelhaft verarbeitet, unbrauchbar gemäß seiner Zweckbestimmung und daher nicht empfehlenswert.

Très bel achat. Je ne regrette pas de l'avoir mis dans mon panier.
