Does this product work for people who produce more saliva than others?

I have never had a problem with this product. I produce a lot of saliva but I am not sure how it compares with others. I have used this product for 4 years or so and have never had a problem. I eat corn on the cob and ribs.

Are these only for the tops? Or bottoms too?

Tops only. There is another for the bottoms only.

Are they super comfortable?
