Great compact machine for home espresso lovers I’ve been using this machine for a while now and overall I’m very happy with it. It’s compact, stylish, and fits perfectly in a small kitchen without compromising on performance. The espresso quality is consistently good, with nice crema, and it heats up quickly which is great for busy mornings. The steam wand works well for milk frothing once you get the hang of it, and it’s capable of making decent cappuccinos and lattes at home. Build quality feels solid for the price point, and it’s quite easy to clean and maintain.

Been using this product for more than a week now and couldn't be more happier with the product and Delonghi's service so far. Delonghi was quick to arrange for a demo as soon as the product got delivered. For coffee lovers and daily caffeine needs, this is a goto product at this price range. The only disadvantage with the product is the steam wand length..Had the length been a little more bigger, could have made it a 10/10 product!

It is a superb product by itself. And at this price, it is just perfect. First, the coffee is amazing (I'd recommend to get a grinder separately and grind the beans fresh every time). With a few simple steps, I get perfect coffee, with great crema, flavour, and everything else. It is very simple to use, just a few steps to this great coffee. It has some customisation (hardness, volume of coffee and so on), although I have not really changed anything. It looks fabulous with the gleaming stainless steel ... and yet it occupies very little space on the kitchen tabletop. The company has a local setup, offering consumables (e.g. descaler) and service if required. What is there not to recommend?!!!!

No complaints about this product but this is regarding the post sales service . Tried calling customer care which is taken care by Orient Electric (may be for India operations) but never got any response from the concerned team. What's the point of buying and instrument for which you cannot get help.

The coffee machine delivers a great espresso with rich flavor and consistent shots. It’s easy to use and simple to clean, making it perfect for everyday coffee brewing at home. It’s also great for making cappuccinos and lattes — a real upgrade for home coffee lovers. The only area for improvement would be the steam wand, which could be designed better for creamier milk froth. Otherwise, it’s a well-made and reliable coffee maker that’s definitely worth the buy!!

The machine is good, only thing is there is no costomer care support, if we need someone to come over and explain how the machine works, it's not possible.

What a great compact machine. Easy to use, makes great coffee and easy to clean up after. I much prefer using ground coffee as the prepacked coffee pods don't come in a great variety of flavors. It'd be great to have a "how to" guide for the beginner in a video format. It took a lot of looking to find one that showed me if I had it right - and how to set the machine up quickly for that second cup. Overall in very satisfied.

I like the product because of its small size compared to other coffee machines, fit small coffee corner areas. Lovely color. Strong steam 👌🏻 Had a look through youtube reviews some people suggested to change the machine portafilter and use an open filter instead for better outcomes. i just haven’t got the barista skills yet ! Needs to practice more . Highly recommended

I had this machine for 6 months and I’m super happy with it. Let me spill the tea. So, a lot of the negatives reviews are semi-true; yes, the machine gives you a warning sign that it’s overheated already after making two cups of coffee. But you fix the problems very fast just by running the machine with water for 5 seconds. Yes, the machine give you a descaling warning after couple of months but you can just switch it off or even simply ignore it (nothing really changes but the color of one of the buttons, that’s all really). I use Brita water so I don’t descale the machine. Otherwise, works perfectly fine. Coffee takes amazing. The machine has a sleek design. Temperature is good, and adjustable. Cappuccino maker works great and it’s easy to clean (you purge it before and after, wipe it with a tissue, done). Never gave me any problems so far really. The only issue I have with it is that it won’t run if the coffee is grinded to a very fine level. And sometimes I get or buy coffee that is very fine. That’s my only isssue with it. But that’s not worth getting a 1,000$ espresso machine.
