The Indus Valley Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Cookware Set | Tawa(25.2cm), Fry Pan (25cm), Wok Model Kadai (20.8cm) & Tadka Pan (16.4cm) | Kitchen Cooking Combo Pots and Pans Set of 4Pcs Black

This cast iron cookware set (kadai, pan, saucepan, and tempering pan) is made from high-quality material and works well on both gas stoves and induction cooktops. The sizes are adequate for a family of four, making it a practical addition to the kitchen. The cookware is sturdy and durable, though the saucepan is quite heavy, which can make pouring liquids and cleaning a bit challenging. Cast iron also requires proper care, so ease of use depends on your willingness to clean and dry the utensils soon after cooking. The manufacturer provides a detailed brochure with maintenance instructions, and following these guidelines is essential for preserving the cookware's quality and performance. If you're someone who prefers to leave dishes until the end of the day or the next morning, cast iron may not be the best choice, as delayed cleaning can lead to rust and affect longevity. One drawback is the absence of heat-resistant handles, so extra caution is needed when handling the cookware while it's hot. Overall, this set offers excellent value for money. With proper care, it's built to last for generations and can easily become a family heirloom passed down along with cherished recipes.
