This pillow has made a massive difference. The memory foam moulds to the curve of your back and holds its shape well even after months of daily use. The strap keeps it in place on the office chair so it doesn't slide down like some cheaper cushions I've tried before. It took a couple of days to get used to sitting with it but once I did I noticed the ache was pretty much gone by the end of the working day. The mesh cover is breathable which is important because some foam pillows can get really warm against your back. I'd recommend this to anyone who sits at a desk for long hours.
