Really, really disappointed.
This orchids arrived with one branch broken and 2 inch flowers instead of 5 inch as advertised . Within 3 weeks the plant lost all of it's flowers and is now almost dead. I have several orchids and all of them bloomn for 2 months or more. I'm really disappointed.

One large leaf was totally brown. What a disappointment as a gift!
This item showed up as a gift for my mother and one of the giant leaves was brown. looked like something was on top of it for a long time to leave such a mark. Disappointed it would even leave for a customer's house looking like that. The rest of the plant looked nice but disappointed since this was supposed to be a gift for my 79 year old mother. If the leaf wasn't brown it would be a 5 star. Need better inspections before it leaves for a customer's house.

Magical gift
I sent this orchid to a friend in hospital last year. She just went through surgery to remove cancer. She brought the flower home and half a year later, it blooms gorgeously. She is so happy to see the flower growing day by day and felt that is a sign of reborn. She is now cancer free!

Failure In Execution
Sounded like a great idea but what a complete failure. First off, delivery (UPS) was two days late. Upon opening, it appeared that someone or something had dug through the potting material (possibly looking for something?) and probably damaging the roots. After some adjustments, it looked like it might pull through but it appears the stress and/or damage was too much. Two weeks later, it was obviously gone.

Omg. Beautiful
Omg. This is beautiful. I will order another one. We live in Florida so orchids are our baby. So easy to grow and take care..... we have the perfect weather for them to survive. Bit this is sooo out of this world gorgeous. Photo taken 20 min after unboxing. I will say I have ordered many orchids from amazon. I have never been disappointed!!!!!

Beautiful orchid well packaged
This was the best packaged plant I ever received. The plant was perfect, all the blooms were opened and they were staked securely and beautifully displayed. It was even shipped with a chemical hand warmer to keep it warm while it was in transit.

Great plant, no customer service
The orchid is great and the plant did well during shipping. The pot was broken when I opened the box, but I wasn't too concerned because the seller says if the pot is broken just email and they'll get a new one right out. I've emailed twice and have gotten no responce at all. I would give the plant five stars, but none for the seller. Don't advertise that you're willing to be at customer service when you don't plan on even acknowledging them.

Did Not Survive Transit
Arrive burnt and dead, unfortunately it wasn't their fault. Always check national weather trends before ordering. Orchids are beautiful and pretty sturdy but not kept in a box with a heat source held because of bad weather.
