Svago ZGR Plus Dual Power Zero Gravity Recliner - Midnight Black

Chair arrived during the timeframe stated via UPS. Chair is really nice and there was a slight issue in regards to the cable/plug not being with the chair (accidents happen) but Randy with My Home Theatre Seats (company that sends it) took care of the issue immediately and it arrive practically next day via FedEx! Randy emailed and texted me throughout the process and took care of everything and any worries I may have had. Awesome customer service! The chair itself is very comfortable and the heat it puts out in the lumbar is intense, in a good way. My back is finally getting pain relief. 😃 it’s been just weeks and I want to come back and say the heat works awesomeIan day back feels great! The two only thingsthat suck so far in this short time is why do I hear a hard plastic Rubbing sound when coming to a close.. sound of friction and questionable part that deals with moving daily..... and the remote. It’s annoying. It’s hard wired on a cord that pulls and there is no place/pocket for it to sit. It’s always falling into the edge and I have to dig it out. Would have been awesome if it was remote. Or attached on the side....

I was concerned that I did not have an opportunity to experience the Svago chair prior to purchase. No need to worry! Chair arrived 7 days after ordering and UPS put it on the front porch. Only 15 minutes to set up. Back and head rests function as does the massage and heat. The material is not leather, but it could fool most people. Soft to the touch and very attractive. The overall design and construction is amazing. I will likely buy another to put in my cabin in the Sierras next spring.

Not good for sciatica. If u don't like it be ready to lose $1000. In returns fees for shipping and restocking.

Not a buyer because:For this kind of money it not only should be REAL leather - and not even if the cheap, vinyl coated split kind, but the top grain, glove-soft, aniline, tinted-through kind.For $2K I won't buy plastic - and you shouldn't either...

Before I purchased this I read all the reviews. Some negative reviews said it was too wide to fit through a standard inside door. I believe the complaint was it couldn't fit through a 30 inch door at 30.7 inches wide.Not sure about some folks skills but if you actually take the time to measure, one of the box dimensions is 26 inches, so it fits through almost any inside door.Also, very easy to assemble if you watch the video and seems very comfortable to me.Highly recommend it.. 5 stars.

Chair is great using during recovering from surgery- the only negative is the frame on back rest tends to press in to shoulder blade over time.

Going to zero gravity the first time is a little strange but once you become adjusted to that feeling, oh my.....Two choices of vibrations, for massage and relaxation begins.I have Siatica and a Chiari Malformation (non surgical) helps release that pressure and pain.Downfall, chair is too wide to fit through some doorways. Calibarated equipment so measure and know if it will make it in, cannot be turned sideways,
