These really do the job in just a short time! They do not cause cramping. They’re very gentle. If you need to travel, you can just grab a handful and throw them in a bag. The taste and texture are both nice and they’re just so easy to use. I think you’ll be very happy with these I am.!

I won’t get into too much detail lol but this product works very well. Worked exactly as desired. The actual chew tasted surprisingly good., not quite a starburst flavor, as some reviews said but definitely pleasant enough. I would purchase again.

Since starting a GLP-1, I've had some issues with being regular. I've been chewing one of these chews daily and I feel so much better. They work! No cramping, great taste and one small chew daily. I like that they come individually wrapped and in a zip lock bag for freshness. These have been a game changer for me.

Didn't work as fast as it claims. But I'd rather chew it than drink it, so its good enough for me.

All of the reviews and assessments are generally accurate, and I’m sure those that praise the effectiveness of this product describe the results that they received; for me, it did not work. On two occasions weeks apart I took two of the chews, consistent with the directions… the tired time I took three, again, no action. They remain in my medicine cabinet, probably unused until II throw them away! Others report positive results, not for me, I you choose to purchase, good luck!

For me these work very well. They take about 3 hours to kick in, give or take. After reading the reviews on how bad they taste, I was prepared to wash them down with chocolate milk. I was pleasantly surprised in that I actually like the taste of them.
