Great put but no support for warranty in india
The product is exceptional, deserving a five-star rating. However, I have been unable to reach the official seller, distributor Sophus Technosol, for any warranty claims, as my attempts to contact them through various emails and WhatsApp based on the information provided on the Ugreen website have gone unanswered for the past two months. This review pertains to my experiences with other Ugreen products, as I have purchased nearly 20 different items in the past, but I faced reality when seeking support. In short rely on ugreen quality not on indian seller.

Stopped Working Within 3 Months
Stopped working within three months. Paid a premium expecting better quality, but it failed like a low-cost ₹250 product. Extremely disappointed

It is not working for my DP++.
I ordered two units. One worked and the other didn't. I doubt if the units are properly QCed before shipping. I am returning both, as the other might start malfunctioning after the return window closes.

This cable does not support Dolby Atmos. Overall, transmitting any meaningful audio signal through this cable is quite challenging.

Ich habe das UGREEN DisplayPort auf HDMI Kabel gekauft, um meinen PC unkompliziert mit meinem Monitor zu verbinden, und bin von der gewohnt hohen Qualität der Marke absolut begeistert. Das Kabel macht optisch und haptisch richtig was her, denn das schicke Aluminium-Gehäuse an den Steckern sieht edel aus und das robuste Textilgeflecht schützt hervorragend gegen Knicke, während es gleichzeitig lästigen Kabelsalat verhindert. Die Bild- und Tonübertragung läuft bei mir absolut stabil und ohne jegliche Aussetzer oder Flackern. Wichtig zu wissen ist lediglich, dass es sich um ein unidirektionales Kabel handelt, das Signal also nur vom DisplayPort-Ausgang zum HDMI-Eingang übertragen wird – wer das beachtet, bekommt hier eine zuverlässige Verbindung mit einem knackigen Bild. Insgesamt bietet das Kabel eine erstklassige Verarbeitung zum fairen Preis, weshalb ich es jederzeit wieder bestellen würde und eine klare Kaufempfehlung ausspreche.
