How do I know if AG1 is right for me?

Good nutrition is first about the food you eat, but consistently getting the right amounts of nutrients while supporting your gut can be complicated. With AG1, it’s not. AG1 is compatible with most diets and is not for ages <18 or pregnancy/nursing.

When should I expect to see benefits?

While many factors influence the impact you may feel from AG1, including the consistency of your routine and your health prior to starting, most results from the ingredients in AG1 are experienced after 1 month to 3 months.

What measures do you take to ensure the quality of AG1?

AG1 tested for hundreds of contaminants and impurities, like heavy metals, toxins, and pesticides. It’s NSF Certified for Sport, giving you the same quality as the Pros require.

The subtly, sweet flavor of AG1 comes from the natural essence of pineapple core and vanilla bean, without added sugar or artificial sweeteners.

You can drink AG1 at any time. As a tip, drink it in the morning on an empty stomach for optimal absorption. Add 1 serving to 8-10 oz of water, shake, and drink. Don’t forget – your AG1 pouch must be stored in a refrigerator after opening.
