Incorrect instructions
They totally lied on their instructions. The ham was 5.08lbs. Their instructions say 4 min per pound at 350 deg. I put it in for 25 min and it was like 43 deg. It then says to apply the glaze and put back in the oven at 425 deg. for 10 min. It said not to cover it, so i didn’t. Since it came out near freezing, I’m thrashing their instructions. I put it back in the oven after covering it with aluminum foil and inserting a remote thermometer. I let it thaw for 4 days. Their instructions said 2-3 days. So now Christmas dinner will be late. Going to take a while for the internal temp to reach 165. After an additional 20 min it’s at 61 deg in a 400 deg oven. Very disappointed. Sure hope it’s worth the extra effort.
