rip off

We bought the Paceman S2 cricket bowling machine. We paid a rip off £40 for delivery, when it arrived it was very flimsy and didnt work. I have tried to return it and have been asked to pay for the return rip off postage again! The machine is small and weighs hardly anything, I will have paid £80 in postage for defective machine and the machine only cost £289! DO NOT BUY, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.
