Since starting a GLP-1, I've had some issues with being regular. I've been chewing one of these chews daily and I feel so much better. They work! No cramping, great taste and one small chew daily. These taste AWFUL - had to gag it down. But it definitely worked. Was able to go the next day after being constipated for several days. Taking off a star for the taste. If you can handle that they’re super handy to have - especially traveling.

I had to get on some meds that had changed my digestion a bit 😂. As such needed to look into it and my Primary Care doc said she liked this brand because they work a bit differently than the standard laxative Easy buy, easy to take mobile if needed and decent taste.

Didn't work as fast as it claims. But I'd rather chew it than drink it, so its good enough for me.
