Only had this for a few days but it appears to be sturdy and well made. It also comes with sufficient fixings to ensure that it is well anchored.I purchased the bin specifically for a 400 mm cupbord but ended up installing into a 500 mm cupbord because the side opening door on the 400 did not open quite fully which prevented the bin from sliding out completely. This would have been fine if I had been able to install with the door fitted to the front of the bin so it pulled the bin out, but the handle was already fitted to the door as a side opening.If purchasing for a cupboard with a side opening door, please ensure that the door fully opens, if not purchase a narrower bin.

Fantastic item overall, to which I only had two minor issues.1. The final centimetre or two of the bin sticks when pulling out to remove the second bin. I almost decided to re-fit the bin a little further out of the cupboard but it appears that with time this has become 'looser'.2. The soft close mechanism is great, and I'm sure there would be more negative reviews if it didn't have this function. However, it's not a soft-close mechanism in the way that your kitchen cupboards/drawers may have in that you close and then it slowly fully closes itself, instead it's a system which stops from 'slamming' and then doesn't close the final four-five centimetres of the bin, therefore you have to push it closed yourself.Both of those are niggles having had the bin installed for some time now.Overall - it's a fantastic bin which has made things a lot easier in our kitchen and I can't imagine going back to the flimsy Ikea one we had previously or a stand-up bin outside of the cupboard.

Having recently moved in to a new house we were disappointed not to have an inbuilt bin in one of the cupboards - we did have in last house and it was super quality. We bought this item and fixed within new cupboard - it would help if it was a bit larger (struggled to find liners that fit) and if it glided in and out easier.

Great idea, Good looking, modern but does not operate smoothly, not easy to pull out and to close in. Easy to install good storage capacity but not so good to use it with bin bags.Generally it is okay but it is overpriced for what it is.

Would have preferred slightly larger capacity on both compartments but 20 litres each will do. Fitting was fairly straightforward if you are used to interpreting basic instructions (they could have been clearer). Taking rubbish out of the bins (using liners) couldn't be easier and they have been no problem to clean.

Good quality but it’s a bit stiff to open when the front isn’t attached to cupboard door.
