Just lay palm flat and measure width of palm at the base of the fingers , full width of palm of hand . Glove fits snug but not tight . Its enough compression to give your hand a β€˜hug’ and feeling of support. The seams do not scratch or bother at all. The fabric is soft , as a tight woven t-shirt but with some stretch. I ordered the glove because after several months of heavy manual work I got trigger finger in the two middle fingers of my right hand. They have good compression (which makes it a bit difficult to get off). My only issue is that the fingers will go below the knuckles which is a little uncomfortable to have that seam between the fingers.
