We have loved thus ice maker! But after 6 months it stopped working. Contact seller. After explaining what was going on they were awesome and are sending a new one. There customer service is awesome! Thank You!

We returned this product because it would never make a full tray of ice. It constantly ran, making ice. It’s like the ice was melting before the ice tray would be full. It did make good ice, but it would also clump it together. We’re searching for a different one that keeps the ice it makes COLD

This ice maker has been a life saver! I love to chew ice but didn't want to keep having to go out and find a place with pellet ice. This ice maker is phenomenal for ice chewers like me! It doesn't take long at all to make ice and makes more than I can eat in one sitting. It's not the quietest machine but I don't mind it. It will keep cycling through making ice as what's in the basket melts as long as it's plugged in too. It's a little heavy to lift but not overly so. I absolutely love it!

I like it just wishyou didnt have to keep it 6" from wall and other things. says 6" on all sides away from stuff so compressor can get air. But i just put it out and leave it til im done.Ice is prefect nugget ice. Starts making fast. Fills up fast then shuts off til used or melts. You cant even hear the ice dropping . Hope it last a long time.I got blk stainless.

I like it but it can take hours to fill the bucket up and you have to keep going and checking it cause the spout the ice comes out gets clogged up with ice and it stops till you move the ice into the bucket. It’s a bit noisy not to bad. Not sure I’m going to keep it
