I bought this to assist recovery from post viral fatigue and the results have been positive. The bottle needs to be kept in the fridge and has a handy dropper to administrate it straight into your mouth. The solution has a pleasant taste and has not given any unpleasant side effects when taken in high dosage.It's a bit expensive when compared to the supermarket variety but it is in a different league. Would buy again.
