You're better off getting a tasteless creatine and mixing it with other drinks or shakes, it tastes bad especially when you find out how hard to dissolve it is, you add a lot more water and the taste gets even worse. Also who sells supplements without a dedicated spoon? How can i know what 5 grams looks like?
