Genuinely life changing. It has absolutely erased my daily anxiety. I feel like a brand new person. It tastes really good. I bought the 2PK because a comment I read said that the single bottle comes dry and crusty, he said to buy the 2PK because it would come soft and moist. So I bought the 2PK, and it came soft and moist. The first time I tried it at 7PM it made me sleepy within an hour. (I was very tired that day). It works really well. But it made my stools smell bad like, ammonia . I've stopped taking this and my stools doesn't smell like that anymore.
