Why did you pick this product vs others?:I was looking for a quality grade of silicone. I wanted medical grade, because this is for food, but that is hard to find. From what I understand it seemed like one of the better quality silicones. I wanted silicone to stop 🛑 dulling my knives. Functionality:Very functional. Can use this for cutting anything. It's dishwasher safe, also easy to hand wash and dries fast. It bends and folds easily, yet it's very strong. Value for money:Very good. Ease of use:So easy to handle, wash and store. I love using this cutting board, and it makes life in the kitchen easier for me.

Love them! Looked at lots of other options. These were best.Love these cutting mats! Looked at LOTS of other options in all kinds of materials. I also tried a few other types of cutting boards. Plus, I have used lots of different cutting boards I the past. These the best cutting board option I have ever found. They are also great as a non-toxic option that isn’t getting chemicals or plastic particles into the food you are cutting. And, they don’t dull knives nearly like some other hard non-toxic options. I love that they are also flexible, stay in place when cutting, are basically no-maintenance, are easy to clean, and they are easy to store.They are a bit pricey but I would buy them again. In fact, I did already order a different color to designate for meat and onion cutting. (I don't think I actually needed to separate that because they wash well and don't have any visible cut marks or stains or odor retention. So, you could just use one mat for all cutting.)I would totally buy an XL version if they made one! 16.5”x11.5” would be a perfect extra-large size to match typical cookie sheets. That would be so helpful for cutting large items like watermelon.

I have been using those pastic cutting mats, but wanted to try something different, and this product is really good! They don't slip and slide on the counter during use, they're super easy to clean, and look really nice! The quality is good as the product is substantial.

I've had mine for 8 months and thought they were great. Yes, you need to rinse/brush it off before the DW, otherwise you see the outline of what you previously cut. HOWEVER, today I happened to fold it the opposite way than what you would if you had cut food on it. I see deep cut marks! I cannot see any cutmarks when it is flat, but they are there! The info says "not easy to breed harmful things in the scratches" on silicone, but these are deep cuts that visually disappear when it's flat. Now what??? I don't want plastic ones, and wood ones are a bother to clean. Ugh.

This cutting board has been excellent! I've been using it for a couple months and have no issues. I thought my knives would leave cut marks but it still looks like it's brand new. I love the flexibility. I can fit it in tough spots with the dishwasher seems full. Plus, no plastics and seeping into my food. Win, win baby!

I looked into several types of cutting boards that will not spread bacteria. When you look up this item it shows a cook cutting food and saying that the knife doesn't cut into the board. That is not true. I cut some veggies for a salad and used my standard knife. It not only left marks on the board, it cut through leaving enough of a cut that you could easily put your fingernail into it. Don't buy this product. It really isn't as safe as it states. I used it ONCE and it is going into the garbage. Back to my old standby's.

The media could not be loaded. This is the extra-large size (14.5” x 10.5”) and it’s been awesome for everyday kitchen use! I’ve been trying to cut down on plastic, so I was excited to find a silicone alternative—and I LOVE it.It’s thick, bendable, and holds up great to regular knife use. There’s a shallow drip groove around the edge to help catch liquid from juicy fruits or meats, and it doesn’t slip or slide while I’m cutting—huge plus!It’s super easy to clean (dishwasher safe!), and I also have the smaller version for quick prep. These are aesthetically pleasing and high quality. They are great for cutting food- never slip and never get cut marks. They are also easy to use because they’re easy to wash and store.
