READ THE LABEL CAREFULLY
After using for a few weeks I did sleep well at night. I did notice also that I began getting dizzy during the day after and sometimes during my walks. After a visit to the doctor she let me know that GABA does cause dizziness in some people. I read the label and there it was. I can’t take this anymore but it did work well when i did.

Works well for maybe four hours and then I’m awake again.

Great for falling asleep but doesn't improve all night sleep. Sleep for 4 hours then wide awake rest of night . Will use for next week and then review
