What is the best way to clean Brass and Copper utensils?

You can use a normal dishwashing soap to clean the utensils from the inside and our cleaning solution or a paste made from Flour (Atta), Vinegar/lemon Juice, and salt can be applied on the outside to retain the shine of the utensils.

What if the Roti Tawa gets darkened after some time?

Since the Roti Tawa is made from 100% pure Brass metal, it requires a medium flame to cook the rotis. If you see any black residue on your tawa, this might be because of the high flame. It can be easily cleaned with our cleaning solution!
