I get a better workout at home using these than my free weights. Very easy to use and the chart of excerises is perfect, it gives me a good variety.

These straps are amazing quality for the price! I can't say enough good things. They come with handle bars as well as wrist/ankle straps, plus a workout user guide. They are perfect for me for the stability for doing physical therapy. I have a bad shoulder and elbow and these allow me the resistance I need. I am 6", 195lb. I got the light set for therapy reasons but I am about to purchase the larger set. You can add multiple bands together to add more resistance as well for different workouts and exercises. It's very easy to use and set set up. And it stores away in such a small place. I am suggesting to friends to purchase this item. I would highly recommend it.

Good: High quality. I anticipate they will last a while. Compatible with the Gorilla Bow (see picture) Handles and straps seems quite strong Bad: The handles have long straps so it's difficult to get full range when using them The light and heavy sets have different colors for the same weight The light set is too light and not worth the money If you're not sure which set to buy (light\heavy), get the heavy set. It has better clips\straps\handles (see picture) and the bands provide a better workout.

It definitely works. It’s a little sketchy at first and unstable, but it does tend to get smoother and easier as you get used to it. Really can’t beat it for the price and I don’t think a person could expect any better for what the product is designed to do.
