Do any of the shampoos have strong scents?

It does have a scent, for sure. I don't care for scents, that much, but the shampoo does what it says, cleaning my hair and making it feel thicker. I just rinse it out very very well, and the scent is gone.

Is it pack of two? After ordering the product the quantity is showing 1. Will you ship one bottle or 2 bottles?

There are two bottles per package. I ended up with two bottles when I thought I was ordering one to try out. Then the product was not right for my hair! Himalaya stopped making the one shampoo that suited me, unfortunately.
