I am on my 6th bottle of PB8 vegetarian! I am so satisfied with the results I am getting. I was having big issues like on am hour drive I had to make 5 bathroom stops!!! I am now more normal and no more diarrhea! I had such bad issues I took 4 daily one half hr. before breakfast. I tried backing down to 3 at once daily and it did not work. I am now on my sixth bottle. I will keep on for the next 3 months and then I will back down to 3 and see what happens.
