SinuAir is recommended as a daily nasal wash to rinse out pollutants and pollen, to enhance ciliary flow, to cleanse and moisturize and for general nasal irrigation. The SinuAir nasal spray kit contains 200gm formulated SinuAir saline powder, handy spray bottle and measuring spoon. The salt-based powdered solution is recommended for use with all forms of nasal irrigation including nasal sprays, nasal wash and neti pots. Review: life changing - After years of sinus suffering, a painful operation(also 4 weeks off work to recover), antibiotics which upset my stomach and steroid sprays, i have at last found something which makes a difference. I have now used the sinuair powder, in my sinupulse irragation pump for a couple of months and i now feel much better.Apoligies for the thought but you won't believe what comes out. The powder dissolves much easier than normal salt and doesn't give you the gritty sea water up the nose feeling. The spray bottle on it's own i don't think will clear your sinus's out but does stop the stuff setting into a crust and seems to make the irragation more effective. It's not a cure, i still don't know what causes my problems, but i have felt much better since using these products.

After years of sinus suffering, a painful operation(also 4 weeks off work to recover), antibiotics which upset my stomach and steroid sprays, i have at last found something which makes a difference. I have now used the sinuair powder, in my sinupulse irragation pump for a couple of months and i now feel much better.Apoligies for the thought but you won't believe what comes out. The powder dissolves much easier than normal salt and doesn't give you the gritty sea water up the nose feeling. The spray bottle on it's own i don't think will clear your sinus's out but does stop the stuff setting into a crust and seems to make the irragation more effective. It's not a cure, i still don't know what causes my problems, but i have felt much better since using these products.

It is helpful ,good You can bring it when you have a trip .But not very effective for my dry nose ,maybe my nose is very dry ,after put salty solution in my nose ,only few minutes ,dry again .
