Used once, it was extremely loud. Then it stopped working altogether. Power light on and flashing but no vibration. The only way Amazon will refund is to return this used, personal product - I opted for no, because ew.

I purchased this to replace another 9-speed wand vibrator. So far it is working well. It is much lighter than the original I had and doesn't feel as solid, so I am hoping that the quality is as good.

Bought it for my wife and she soaks the bed every time she uses it . She said it really hits the spot that I have yet to find . Whatever that means …

A lot quieter than the purple one I have. It gets pretty hot, the cover for the head doesn’t stay on.. it would be nice if they could fix that since it burns if you use it for too long.. the head fell off of it in the first week… we were getting a little crazy though… lol it’s a pretty great product though I guess if your just using it by yourself and you’re not going ham on it lol

Weak, nowhere near the strength of an original hitachi. The bedroom is the last place you want to be disappointed or in this case, disappoint.
