Solid taste with the lemon-lime, nothing chalky or too sweet, very subtle. It's a great option for hydration when you wake up. I put this in a 16oz bottle of water and sip it as I get ready for the day. Decent energy boost for morning cardio. Can be somewhat of an appetite suppressant at times, I don't feel as hungry in the 2 hours or so after dusting off that 16oz bottle.

Too sweet to drink!!
This product is so sweet that I can't drink it. The stevia leaf is just too much. I can't even evaluate the effectiveness of it because it's too sweet to drink. Furthermore, the company doesn't take refunds or returns or exchanges. I'm out the money.
