Love this product for updating hardware in our 80’s house. Easy to use and such a small amount goes a long way. My favourite is the antique gold!

One of the items was completely damaged and all the metallic paint was outside the tubes .with holes in side of the tube

Got the 4 pack of golds. This is a good deal for 4 of them. We’ve used this a lot over the years and the quality is very good. A tiny bit goes a long way. If you’re new to it I recommend using way less than you think you need and then build it up. It will come off with a damp cloth if you apply too much (before it dries). Once dry it doesn’t come off easily. Great for thrifted picture frames and furniture to bring out any details. Works on wood, painted wood, metal and even plastic. Quality brand and product. We always have some on hand. Of note, you must put the cap on well when you’re done or it will dry out and become useless. We try not to bend the foil packaging near the screw top so the lid goes back on nicely. Can also be used with brushes if you’d like but we use pieces of an old tee shirt or just our gloved fingers. Out of the golds, Grecian gold is my favorite. It’s a warm, antique looking gold that’s beautiful. The silver is a beautiful shiny metallic and the black comes in handy for touching up black picture frames or for working in the crevices of an ornate frame. Added silver to some metal sconces bc the detail didn’t show against a black candle, gold to enhance a gold frame and I worked some black into the creases of a different gold frame to give it depth.

I'm so happy with the choice of gold shades. My craft item looks very classy now. Easy to apply. A little goes a long way.
