Drain Unblocker 1L, Heavy Duty Fast Acting Gel Sink Unblocker

You know those moments when the shower starts draining slowly after a lot of hair has somehow found its way down there? Or when the kitchen sink starts complaining because we definitely rinsed a few too many food bits down it? This is what we reach for. We have used Mr Muscle Drain Unblocker in both the bathroom and kitchen and it has worked well for the usual slow-drain and blockage problems. I normally pour it in, leave it to work as directed, then rinse through with plenty of water. It is much easier than immediately taking pipes apart. It is not magic for every serious blockage, but for the normal household ones caused by hair, soap and general kitchen mess, it has been a bit of a lifesaver for us. Strong smell and obviously something to handle carefully, but definitely useful to keep under the sink for those “why is the water not going down?” days.

I've used this stuff before on my kitchen sink and it worked brilliantly. This time I purchased it for the shower as water was draining very slowly. After 10 minutes of pouring the gel into the plug hole, I flushed it down with 2 litres of hot water and it drained instantly! I would definitely recommend this product.

This was particularly good value, and did the intended job well. It feels a little counter intuitive to buy and receive a product only to immediately pour it straight down the sink, but at the end of the day that's how it works! I left this for around half and hour, and it then left me with a clear fast draining sink once again.

The plughole got blocked in my bath. One treatment (500ml) did the trick. 20 years of soap scum and hair removed in one go! Excellent! No leaks in the pipes and no nasty smells. I did make sure I wore rubber gloves when I did the treatment (in case of accidental spillage), and I did leave it for 10 mins rather than the 5 mins recommended just to make sure. Very effective.

I have used this twice now for sink blockages both in the kitchen and bathroom. Worked quickly with excellent results on both occasions. Prior to using this I had been anticipating needing to pull off the pipes as nothing else seemed to be working, so this saved me a messy job! It also worked in standing water as stated. Very impressed with this product.

Very quick acting with no frothy overflow (of other products that could damage brightware). Easy and very effective.

I don't really need to say this because everyone knows this product is exceptional! But I'll say it again - exceptional product and exceptional performance!

Good ,effective in clearing blocks , does smell of chlorine so will need to ensure proper ventilation. It is corrosive so protective gear is advisable. One star less because of price hike

I honestly didn't believe the comments at first, but I was like.... let's give it a try. It opened my shower sink and my bathroom sink .... from the first time. People mentioned a smell, at first when I poured it into the sink, I did smell it and was afraid the entire bathroom would smell for days ~ but when I poured it, I just left the bathroom window open and went to work. when I came back there was no lingering smell :)!

Solid
