Too small for adult male
Too small for an adult male nose so per the recommendation of another reviewer, I used a hairdryer to soften the link between the nose pieces, spread apart a bit then dropped into glass of cold water. Ruined 1st. Worked well enough for learning kayaks rolls. Recommend finding nose clips specifically for kayaking rather than making these work.

The clip on the nose plug stretches and does not stay on the nose making them useless.
