Bought my fan on Prime Day and was super excited because of the great deal I got ot for. As a perimenopausal girly, I get hot at night and needed a better fan blowing on me. Setting up was super easy. Literally one screw to the base and snap the fan in the base. Fan comes with a misting attachment that hooks to your water hose to use outside on a hot day. Since its Fall now, I won't get the chance until next Summer. Fan comes with a wireless remote that attaches to the back of the fan for easy storage and keep up. The fan is rechargeable and can be used for a few hours on full charge. This fan is SUPER quiet and blows cold! This was more effective than my Vornado table top fan/heater. No noisey fan sound at all. My ONLY con is that the fan is short. I was hoping it was taller, but you can adjust it to point upwards. I am using mine in the bedroom so I don't have a tabletop to sit it on. For reference, I am 5'6 and it comes to my waist. If you are on the fence, this is your sign to get it. Yes, pricey but worth it. If you can hold out until Prime Day or a price drop great, but its definitely worth price. Not cheaply made and very sturdy

I was utterly impressed by the quality of this fan, especially at this price point - which I thought was a bit expensive for a fan. It has a sleek, modern design and feels very sturdy and well-made. The fan comes with a convenient remote control that attaches magnetically to the back—an incredibly thoughtful feature. It operates almost silently yet delivers powerful airflow with five adjustable speed settings. The size is ideal: compact enough not to feel bulky, yet powerful enough to provide excellent circulation. It also offers the flexibility to function as a table fan, which adds great versatility. Charging is quick, and the cooling reservoir makes a noticeable difference in airflow. The only improvement I’d suggest for future models would be to insulate the water reservoir to help maintain the ice longer. Overall, this is a high-quality, feature-rich fan that exceeds expectations.

This fan does not disappoint. It is exactly what I was hoping for and it arrived just before the recent heat wave. It cools the room down immediately. So quiet. Love the different fan speed settings. Also the different settings for oscillation are an incredible plus. Well made. The individual or individuals that designed it deserve a raise. There is a place for everything. Even the remote control. Use it when you need it, then when you don't put it on the back of the fan. So easy. Loved the color options. The design is very pleasing to the eye. Looks great in our family room. I have not taken it out of the base yet, but I'm definitely looking forward to using it on top of a desk, etc. And the misting option with tank- what an awsome idea! This is a very nice fan. There are two spots where water spritzes out and one side shot a stream. I was able to remove the plugs and reinstall them and surprisingly that worked. Both sides now spritz rather than squirt although I agree with other reviews that you get too wet if you are anywhere close enough to feel the effect. It's pretty quiet and easy to use.. not too heavy to move around.

I was sad when my past-it’s-prime outdoor Hunter fan died, and knew I had to replace it for the dog days of summer in South Alabama. I did my research, read all the reviews and landed in the semi-pricey option of this Shark. It is feature-rich, and over performs in my opinion. Set up is dead simple, has a remote, that attaches to the fan magnetically to prevent misplacing it, it runs in AC 110 power or if you remove the cord will run for hours on its own rechargeable battery. (The higher the cordless setting, the fewer hours, as you’d expect.) it can also be removed from the pedestal and placed on any flat surface. I love being able to use it in places where we don’t have easy access to a plug. It has a power boost function if you hold down the fan button for about 20 seconds, and even in the power boost setting which kicks butt, you can still have a normal conversation because it doesn’t make much noise at all. Like all good fan it has an oscillating function, and lots of customization on the aperture or range of the oscillation and the direction, up or down of the air flow. We use it both inside and out, and then today-the cherry on top! It comes with a mist function! Now I have had this fan all summer and only today set this up because my old Hunter fan had a mist function (or shall we say a mist dysfunction!) the Hunter’s mister was drippy and gross because the water always leaked, and the attachment to the fan was a poor design. Because I’d had that last experience I was in no hurry to attempt connecting the mister to my Shark fan. I have been missing the boat! Without even looking at any instructions, I was able to figure out how to attach the mister, toggled it on and BINGO! I may take back some of the mean things I have said about the month of August. This fan is a game changer. Spend the money, great purchase!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This product came with very robust packaging. The assembly instructions were clear and simple.. everything went together smoothly, exactly as instructed. It was immediately obvious that this was a well planned and well engineered item. I greatly appreciate two things: It can be powered by mains electricity or by rechargeable battery, and the head can be removed and carried with you around the house. The fan is surprisingly quiet, yet it produces a vigorous breeze. It has made a big difference to enduring the intense Arizona summer. Highly recommended.
