Looks good and displays accurate temperature
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted a copper analog thermometer that had clear Celsius and Fahrenheit and a fairly accurate measurement. I placed it in the shade on my porch and it has consistently displayed the same temperature as the weather report for my area (+/- 1 degree).

Better than what I had before
The first one was made of plastic. The plastic rotted and fell apart. The second one was cheap and didn't work. This one is metal and works. It looks good, too.

Difficult to read unless really close.
Nice looking, but very difficult to read from more than 4' away.

Made in China not Germany
The thermometer was listed as made in Germany but the box indicated it was made in China. Also it was listed it could be recalibrated but that isn’t so and there was no instructions to recalibrate if needed. The temperature reading is accurate but disappointing as to where it was made.

Junk
Broke the glass from the force of screwing it to the wall, stained the wall red behind it. Paid for premium and got junk.
