I have found this computer to be very easy to work with. The screen quality is very good and it responds fast. Set up was very easy and it even pulled everything off my previous HP so I didn’t lose a thing. I would recommend this HP to everyone. It came when they said it would too and was just as described.

Got exactly what I ordered. Was surprised it was purple, but I loved that. So far so good and price definitely beat anywhere else I looked.

I ordered this for my elderly neighbor as she doesn't buy things off the internet. She couldn't find any 17inch laptop screens locally. She needs a big screen with her cataracts. She used windows 10 prior, so windows 11, was a bit confusing for her. My husband went over and help her get it setup and some hot keys, etc. She does like it and it was perfect for her needs. The 4 stars was it was not the computer itself but the new software was not user friendly for seniors, but she's getting the hang of it over time. The computer itself is 5 stars.

I like this computer so far everything works as it should. The 17 inch screen has great color and is responsive when I use the touch screen. The battery last for a long time and is easy to charge.

Do not purchase from Amazon. Their hp store is not an hp store, you're buying 3rd party. Purchase directly from hp. The laptop is slow, and doesn't hold a charge. It feels like I was given an old refurbished device that was fixed. Save your money and purchase off hp, best buy or a reputable source that's not 3rd party sellers.

Unless you do a lot of office work this computer is great! Just the right size and weight.
